Most of the time you will already have the assets required to get a campaign running. These are usually a Facebook page and advertising account. If you don’t have these, we can help you to set them up. Anything you don’t have, we will set up for you.

Depending on what you already have, it can be a matter of days, to 2 weeks. This will vary from client to client, but generally a week is enough to have a campaign running.

Lead generation can take anywhere between 1-2 days to a month. There are lots of variables that need to be tested according to your specific campaign needs. Normally leads begin to roll in within the first 24-48 hours, however, if the campaign is in  a new territory or a highly contested service area, it may take longer.

We work with clients on a minimum of 3 months contract. The reason for this is that it can take some time to zero in on the right targeting options.

In the event that our working relationship comes to an end, you simply need to give us 30 day’s notice. We will hand over all assets and access upon completion of the campaign. Please note that all advertising costs must be paid in order to close the advertising campaign with us.

Depending on what service level option you have taken, you will be able to speak with you account manager once per month in an online meeting. Higher service level options will allow for regular Whatsapp/Zoom/Phone call meetings and conversations.

We will create a CRM for you that is accessible by only our team and yourself. These will be automatically added into the CRM when a new lead is generated. All lead data is owned by you and can be accessed any time you like.

We only take on a few clients from each jurisdiction and never run the same objective campaign within them. We work on a city and country level meaning that we target local leads for advisers in each city and country. This means we do not cross contaminate advertising campaigns of any of our clients.

An agreed amount per campaign is set up and a limited added to advertising accounts. This will be billed on a monthly cycle by the advertising platform, or when you have reached your billing limit.

Yes, you can add new campaigns and services to your service plan. These will be charged out on a service and campaign basis. Additional adspend may be required for new campaigns.
